All customers must have an agreement in place with an approved vendor. Only original documents can be used to create the electronic document. Scanned images must be legible and reproducible. Be diligent in ensuring that documents submitted for Electronic Recording are checked before submission for errors, omissions, scanning defects, illegible areas, and other deficiencies that would affect the Recorder's ability to record the document and the public notice to be created.
Sufficient space is needed for the electronic recording label in the top right corner of the 1st page.
